• Marriage Links is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3. Services Provided

• Marriage Links offers personalized matchmaking services, including profile creation, match suggestions, and facilitated introductions.

• We use your provided information to match you with compatible profiles based on preferences, values, and other criteria.

• We do not guarantee the success of matches, marriage outcomes, or compatibility, as these depend on individual interactions.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Premium features require payment via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account transfers, or credit card (processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant gateways).

• All payments, including registration fees, memberships, or renewals, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to the “Subscription” section in your account or contact support@marriagelinks.com.pk.

• Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid subscription period after cancellation.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

• Post or share offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content, including false or misleading information.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or disclose their personal information without consent.

• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt our systems, servers, or Services.

• Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Privacy and Data

• Our Privacy Policy (available on our website) governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

• You consent to the collection and sharing of your profile information with potential matches upon mutual approval.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide, including photos and personal details.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and app, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by Marriage Links or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.

• By uploading content (e.g., photos or descriptions), you grant Marriage Links a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for matchmaking purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Marriage Links provides Services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We are not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies in user-provided information or profile authenticity.

  • Outcomes of interactions, relationships, or marriages facilitated through our Services.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

• Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@marriagelinks.com.pk or using the account deletion option, if available.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion, without prior notice or refund.

• Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease, and we may retain your data as per our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

• Any disputes arising from your use of our Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], Pakistan.
